The payment of the $200 online reservation means that you have reserved this vehicle at the “advertised price” plus any applicable government fees and charges and any additional accessories. You now have 48 hours to enter into a written contract with Peter Warren Automotive to document the purchase of the vehicle and to provide us with a copy of your Driver’s licence. You must act within 48 hours of payment of the deposit, or we can rescind the contract.

Should you fail to enter into a purchase contract with us within 48 hours of the payment of the online deposit, we will rescind the contract, and we will refund the online reservation deposit to you.

Our system won’t allow two people to reserve the same vehicle online, however in rare instances a purchase may be happening in the dealership and is yet to be reflected online. In this case your $200 reservation fee will be refunded, and our team will help you find a similar vehicle.
